All orders are processed directly from Melbourne, Australia.
We will process your order within 2-4 days once the order has been received.
Please note that as the delivery of your item is handled by our courier partners and we cannot guarantee these timeframes.
Once your order is on its way to you, your tracking information will be provided to you by our courier partners. You can use your tracking number on their websites to follow your order's journey.
Please allow up to 24- 48 hours from receiving the order dispatch email for your tracking information to be received.
All orders are final sale, please be sure to carefully check your address details when checking out your order. Our website uses a validation database to ensure that your address exists and is deliverable. If you have any trouble searching your address, please use our full form.
Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible if you need to request an address change. While we will always do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee that your address will be updated before being dispatched. If you noticed that you entered the incorrect address, please contact us within 2 hours from your initial order for the best possible chance that we can still amend the address. Beyond the 2 hour mark, the chances that this can be amended is very unlikely.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries being lost if customers enter the incorrect address.
Occasionally, we run out of stock of some items. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will be in contact about the missing item to organise an alternative product or a refund before sending out the remainder of your order. If we haven't been in touch and you are missing part of your order, please let us know.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or missing from your order, please send an email with photos of the product to hello@plantdjournal.com. If your item is deemed faulty, our team will be in touch to provide you with a replacement for the same product where possible, or a refund or credit note if you prefer.
Orders that have begun processing are unable to be cancelled, even if they haven't been dispatched yet, so we ask that you take extra care when placing your order and be sure to double check that all products in your bag are correct before checking out.
We begin processing your order as soon as possible once it has been placed, so although it may not be dispatched yet, it may have been packed by our warehouse and ready to be picked up by our logistics company. During peak promotional periods we also may not be able to respond to your request in time to cancel your order before dispatch, so please take extra care and ensure you've ordered everything you are after.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours from your initial order for the best possible chance that we can put through the cancellation. Beyond the 2-hour mark, the chances that this can be cancelled is highly unlikely.
