Shipping and Delivery
Shipping:
Free standard shipping applies for all orders over $60 for delivery within Australia.
There will be a flat rate shipping of $5.99 for all orders under $60 for delivery within Australia.
International shipping outside of Australia will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery method:
All orders are shipped within 2-4 days after ordering.
Orders are delivered by Australia Post if shipped within Australia.
Once the order has been dispatched, we will forward you a tracking number so you can track when your order is on its way!
Returns:
We understand things can change. If you need to return the product, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The planner must be provided in its original packaging and undamaged and in a condition which is able to be resold. To initial a return order please contact us on hello@plantdjournal.com and we will provide you the details including a return slip for our internal purposes. Please note the following:
- We do not supply postage labels for returns. The postage will be paid by you and will need to be tracked to ensure that the item is received and tracked.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the order has been received.
- The refund for returns will be refunded less the shipping costs.
